For the Aunt & Uncle | Udon Noodle Bowl

Udon Noodle Bowl

I think this makes the perfect gift because it’s an item someone might not purchase but would love to receive. Not only is it ergonomic — it’s designed to be held with only one hand and can hold a pair of chopsticks — but its sleek design makes for great conversation.

$30 at Flavour Design.

For the College Roommate | Egg Rug

Egg Rug

I’ll admit it: I’m planning on getting this for myself. That’s how cool it is. The egg is this great irregular shape, and the yolk is raised a few inches higher than the rest of the rug. Could one think of a better way to cover up spilled drinks from last night’s party?

$24 at Triple B Studio.
