A color may be proclaimed “in” but it doesn’t mean it does anything for anybody. It was THE color of the 80’s and coupled with mauve you can revisit it in every doctors office (especially your gyn.) , or institutional office color palette. It’s a pity we are trained to be slavish to trends because they often lead us all astray.Teal and burgundy are two colors that I believe are harsh and “old”, and I prove in my book “Forever Cool” should be tossed in favor of so many other better, truly gorgeous hues .

You’re right–just because a color is In doesn’t mean that it’s for everybody.
