Q&A: How to Wear a Sleeveless Trapeze Top
July 20th, 2007
Q: How do I wear a sleeveless trapeze top?
A: My favorite silhouette with trapeze tops is a Big-over-Small silhouette, which pairs the voluminous trapeze top with a fitted bottom. This fitted bottom can be a skirt, a pair of pants, or shorts.
What’s great about this Big-over-Small silhouette is that it’s both dramatic and figure flattering–the look is not only stunning, but it also hides a tummy.

Shorts are a sure winner! Wear with wedges and walk in technicolor!

Great advice! I couldn’t agree more. I added this to The Weekly Snob, since all should read it! Thanks!
P.S. I think if your arms are not toned, this is a top to avoid.

Thanks, Lauren! Yeah, I would agree that these tops require extra trips to the gym in order to get the upper arms into shape.
And Antartica–love your wedge suggestion!
