Proenza Schouler for Target Bubble Ruffle Shirt
March 29th, 2007
Pros: The designer fit (close to the body, but not *too* tight), the high armholes, the sophisticated ruffles, and the quietly chic bubble fabric.
(The only) Con: The shirt is somewhat see-through, so wear a white top underneath.
$17.49 (sale) at Target.

I feel old. I wore tuxedo shirts when I was in high school X many years ago. Funny how it’s the same style, yet the new ones look more appealing, more modern. Even if I had saved my old shirts, they’d look dated if worn today. That’s what’s keeps fashion interesting : the reinventions and interpretations of the classics. Hey..,maybe wearing one would make me feel young again!? 😀

Totally–I love how fashion reinvents itself season after season, year after year, decade after decade.
Oh, and it doesn’t matter what your age is–I admire your willingness to try new things for fashion’s sake. Your adventurousness will keep you young!
