Metalsmith and jewelry designer Brooke Medlin loves a challenge. She created each of the components for this necklace without having an idea for the final piece. "It’s easy to have an idea in your head and just follow the steps. Instead, I made some hoops, oxidized some lengths of chain, and THEN came up with several necklaces in this vein."
She recommends pairing this necklace with anything black–from a blousy tank to your boyfriend’s faded button down (dressed up with dark jeans and high boots, of course).
Little known fact about Brooke? She only recently bought a television, after 8 years without.
$32 at Etsy.
